* Williams and Paul both agreed to contract extensions beginning with the 2009-2010 season, and neither was ever going to be available on the open market this season; both have fourth-season player options

** $12 million in potential bonuses also built into extension, which also begins with 2009-2010 season

*** Includes player buyout/opt-out options

**** Only two years and $8.3 million of the deal is guaranteed

***** Gasol already was NBA property of the Grizzlies, via trade; Fernandez already was NBA draft-choice property of the Blazers
