West Valley City schoolteacher is Mann-Lincoln fellow

WEST VALLEY CITY — Randy Shaw, a teacher at Hillside Elementary School in West Valley City, has been named a Horace Mann-Abraham Lincoln fellow by the Horace Mann Educators Corp. and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library.

He attended a five-day institute at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, Ill., this summer to study the life and legacy of Abraham Lincoln.
