Congratulations on moving ahead with this. I've never been clear, however, on what your plans are to do with data entered into the Beta version. Do you intend to wipe part or all of it, or are the items there going to be transfered into the production version? I'v added a few things to test it, but don't want to put much into it until I know the material will be retained. Again, congratulations to all who are working on this project. --Kurt Matthia

Thank you for the excellent question about data transfer from the Beta version of this Wiki. We intend to include all information from the Beta version into subsequent versions of FamilySearch Research Wiki.
One highlight of a Wiki is the ability to constantly make improvements in the information being presented. This means that you can contribute now and help us build a tool where genealogical researchers can benefit from the experience and knowledge of others around the world.
