you bet, get another lawyer involved, increase the cost to the state, drag this thing out again and again so these two can wear the prosecution down and maybe they will finally reach their intended goal in the first place, tough it out and then claim they did not receive swift justice for an appeal

Timmy is using a lawyer way more familiar with the case who is almost ready to proceed. He asked for only 3-4 weeks delay. Also, there is no additional cast to the state, as he REPLACES an attorney.
