Maybe pair him with the Dr, see if the two of them can create some havoc.

I'd like to pair him with Findley, and bring on Deuchar when the other D is tired. This might sound backwards, but a fresh Deuchar against a tired D may allow for Dr. Goals to get the advantage. Something he needs.

It would also give Tino a chance to do something up front.
