Weber State would finish even lower if SUU were in the Big Sky! I'm tellin ya -- keep an eye south on the Thunderbirds this season. It's gonna be a breakthrough year.

Weber had an amazing offense at the end of last year and if they can build on that and stay healthy they should be a top three Big Sky Team.
T-bird - SUU is a total mess and would not compete with the bottom of the Big Sky this year. Coming off a winless season I'm not sure where your optimism is comming from. Put one season together with more than 2 wins and you can start to talk about competing.

When WSU plays the T-birds it looks like WSU is playing against a high school team, WSU usually dominates.
I think WSU will continue to surprise people this year, as they did the second half of last year!

How could they vote Montana State so high? They were a joke last year! If Jimmy Barnes didn't give them 2 touchdowns last year, Weber would have made them look silly. THEY LOST TO NORTHERN COLORADO!

Weber State will build on the way they came on strong at the end of last season. Their offense will be able to put points on the board, and the defense will be able to step up this year. Too many mistakes in the secondary last year, and the red zone defense was more like swiss cheese.
Word on the street is that the D will be solid, and the front 4 will be a force to be reckoned with. Coach McBride recruited some pretty impressive linemen for the D, and we'll see on Aug. 28th what will happen this season.
