Don't worry about Miles... we got a better player and that's Almond. Jazz, pick him into the Jazz roster!!

I don't think Sloan really cared that Fesenko dyed his hair. He's more upset with the fact that his not in that good of shape... but hey, way to paint the picture of Sloan as a grumpy old man

Also, if CJ Mile played in the review, he'd score 30 points a night.

in the revue, he would only make it halfway to the court before realizing he has a hangnail and will be unable to perform due to the high risk of injury.

Why does the media actually buy into the idea that Sloan cares about the color of Fez's hair?

No coach would give that any stock. If that were true, he'd have made a million comments about AK's hair.

Fez was a project player with size. He'll be in the D-league again. When he is in shape, he is quicker than many big men but still lacks the overall package.

The Jazz are making a mistake by keeping Almond and letting Miles go.

The Fez reminds me of me. He's a goof ball just like me, even with purple hair.

CJ Miles hasnt done a thing in a jazz uniform and never will. Why pay him that much to sit on the bench? Whenever i see the guy play, he cant put the ball into the hoop.

Its amazing how two people can watch the same game and see very different things. I was at the game and I remember thinking that Fesenko was playing much better, especially in terms of defense and taking care of the ball.

Tyron certainly gave other players minutes some of whom were playing quite well, but if we're honest about there were a couple of others who were just horrible. I guess we tend not to make a big deal because they are players without contracts.

I've always believed the revue was more about giving players an opportunity to show their skills in different situations rather than in putting the "best five on the floor".

I guess time will tell with Fes.

Every year I watch the Jazz do the same crap in the RMR and I hear comments like could Fess use more time yes...could others on this roster?? yes. And we as Jazz fans accept these Moronic statements as gospel!! While watching other teams play their draft picks big minutes and involve them in plays with the ball. I mean AC Law played almost the entire game. Fess?? Koufos?? Why have an 8 foul limit to give players time to adjust to the game and pull them out when they pick up two fouls like a regular season game?..and who gives a crap if we win these games anyway....Ty, the reason we watch these games or pay 10 dollars a ticket is to watch our players play!!..who gives a crap about some scrub. Why don't you tell the scrubs to get the ball to Koufos on the block or Fess on the block so we can see what they can do. No one else is being paid to develop into something. Why do we carry 15 players and try to play them all!! we have to have 4 point guards?? Cut somebody!!!!!!!!!!!

They want to see everyone on the team play because they're all trying to make the camp. They need the best players to come to training camp so they can pick the best out of those to call up when they need someone for a 10 day, or when maybe someone like Fes clashes with sloan a little too much and gets sent back to the Ukraine.

I was at the Revue last night and I was NOT impressed with Fes. Fes is HUGE and mobile for his size, but he is out of shape and clearly lacks fire. With how big he is, he should absolutely dominate the RMR and D-League... still a huge project in the making.

On the other hand, I was impressed with Koufos. He can run really well for a big guy, and he will have an NBA-ready body soon, if not already. He hustled and looked like he was giving his all. I agree that Fes seems very unfocused.

Almond showed some good things and seems to have a great stroke...I was encouraged. He still forces shots too often, but from what Ty Corbin said, he must be getting better in that regard. I don't know if he has as much up-side as CJ in all honesty.

I am going back and forth on whether or not we should keep CJ. I think he's a punk for not playing in the Revue, but at the same time, he's been in our system..and we know what we have. He's long and young. Maybe worth keeping. I trust KOC.

There is at least 8 guys on that team that won't or will never be invited to a NBA camp. In the last ten years has there been anyone other that Benoit, that has worked his way into a regular roster spot from playing with the JAZZ during the summer? look what he did?? Check out the minutes played on the RMR stats page....you'll see other teams draft picks playing huge minutes...The Jazz on the other hand, we want to be fair to everyone who worked so hard during training camp?? why?? Play your draft picks that's why we have draft picks!! We have 15 contracts already if we sign CJ...play Almond, Koufos and Fess 30 plus minutes a game. At least every other game if you have to many back to backs. There is no need for a 10 day contracts.....we have our own call ups from the D-league. I could careless about scrubs jacking up shots instead of working the inside for our two big men!! give them touches/time. With Koufos and Fess, they could have taken a team to another summer league. We have 4 + point guards and half of them can't feed the post??!!whatawaste

It could be worse. You could be paying the $25 to $75 that they charge for admission at the NBA's Summer League in Las Vegas.

Good comment Rasta, I had pretty much the same observation after the game. Fes has a good NBA body, but still desperately needs to improve his basketball IQ, although he did play better tonight, he just seems to lack the fire you mentioned. I think Almond was all around the best player on the floor and its obvious that he can score at will and showed some good potential. However he did seem a bit selfish at times and tends to be a bit of a "chucker" instead of passing to the open man. He played decent defense, and will be a good addition to the Jazz if he improves his team play and D. Like you I was also impressed with Kosta, he definitely hustled and I thought he played great defense, especially on rejecting that dunk from Jackson, then following up on the other end. Seems willing to bang it up in the low post, sometimes seemed a little too unselfish. I'd love to see Almond and Koufous getting some playing time with the Jazz this season, both seem like good prospects.

You gotta be kidding. I don't care where they are picked, watching our bigs on the floor of this revue has been very hard on the eyes. Let them practice on their own until they belong out there with the athletes that are fun to watch. If they're not good enough to help a RMR team get a win, then maybe they won't help the Jazz that much either?!
