Who cares about arena football? Playing on a basketball floor? NFL is the only football league.

i agree NFL is the king, but we live in salt lake and i for one dont mind watching some competitive football in the offseason. let me know when the NFL comes to town. until then i will be a fan of the only pro football team in town.

Basketball is a great sport no doub,But so is the AFL. tHEY HIT JUST AS HARD AS THE NFL or harder. AFL athletes are pretty close to the NFL.In fact, hundreds of ex-NFL players are now in the AFL. SOME JUST don't have the size or OPPORTUNITY and exposure to continue in the NFL,but the talent and ability is there. Its a totally diff type of game. John Elway said"He couldn't play in the AFL" and he was one of the greats!! It's becuz it's a dif game and requires dif type of athlete. Quickness rather than just pure speed is Vital!!Basketball players must be tall and lanky athletes.Does THAT MEAN THERE AREN'T ANY prospects THAT COULD BE IN THE nba but aren't becuz they are TOO SHORT??(Spud Webb is the exception)Of course there are, many don't fit the mold so they don't quite make it. Most of the BYU or Utes players would have a heck of a time matching up with Blaze talent. Pure and simple. AFL players are better than you think!!!!!
