If you have the information now, publish it. Not to do so before school starts will invite lawsuits as you are cheating kids of the possibility of going to a better school from the start.
Who are you protecting? Mediocre teachers? Better to weed them out than force kids to attend their classes by dragging your feet with PUBLIC INFORMATION.
