Wow! That's unfortunate that I will miss it, but I pay for cable so I can watch entertaining programming.

In a state like Utah, the Peter Principle is the only way to keep an incumbent Republican from serving until they're -- how old is Orrin Hatch again?
Just think. If it weren't for W., Mike Leavitt would be HERE IN UTAH, planning his agenda for his fifth term as governor. (Thank you 43!)
Trouble is, that Peter Principle only works in Utah when the Republican wins the presidential race. Which means if we're going to get Jon Jr. into the next president's cabinet, we're going to have to get Barak as excited about Jon as Jon is excited about John.
Hey! It could happen....

Pro-renewables governor | 7:35 a.m. Aug. 20, 2008
This will be very interesting indeed! Isn't our governor a pro-global warming believer and pro-renewable energy? Huntsman has even appeared in Environmental Defense ads with Arnold! McCain is pushing drilling and nukes as our energy future! Obama is pushing renewables and Arnold has even said he'd like to serve as Obama's energy secretary. I think Huntsman's talking at the wrong convention!

Hey, maybe your invitation to speak at the Republican National Convention is in the mail.
Or not.
Or not.

This governor has his strong points and has done some good, but he just doesn't get it that liberalism is a serious mental disease. I am shocked that an LDS member would be so liberal.
Open borders, and other liberal items are his bad side. They just don't get it !

I like our governor. I like how well our economy is doing compared to other states. I like the way he cares about people with problems (like health care issues). I like the way he looks for solutions. I like the way he supports education. I like the way he is friends and is respected by other Western governors. I like his concern for the environment (not to mention the clever advertisements he made). I like the way he stood up for Bear Lake when it was being threatened. I like his "international" family. I like how he looks in a motorcycle jacket. And I like the way he will be representing Utah at the national convention. He's simply one Utah politician we can all be proud of.
