Excuse me, 15 to life imposed for taking a life needlessly. I don't think so. That means that this guy can possibly be paroled after 15 years for good conduct. This sensless killing of a good hardworking soul deserves better that that. Look at this guy (Malcolm) he looks like a killer. The judge should have given him life without the possibility of parole. He dosen't deserve a change at parole. He needs to rot in Prison. This is why we need more people to watch what our judges are doing, this was a first degree felony.
