Of course the attorneys have arranged to get their full amount of fees first before anyone else gets some of the crumbs that are left.

Thanks for the update.
While it helps a few unsecured creditors, it does nothing for the 1000+ homeowners who are stuck with an "impaired" property on the hill. Until the folks at Zions Bank spend a few bucks by opening the rec center and subsidizing the now-closed market, this development will continue to be tainted. We will see an exponential increase in for sale signs as the rest of the "underwater" homeowners step away from a poor investment.
