I always knew provo cops were those kids who got picked on in high school. It's sad they are still getting picked on.

Though I feel what he did was wrong, Who has not wanted to punch out a cop at one time or another?

Jerk for scaring women. Super cool for punching two cops and overcoming the tazer and spray.

"Super cool for punching two cops?" What a great attitude brickhead; but when cops have to use force to subdue someone you're probably one of the 1st to scream "police brutality!" Tell you what sport; I'm a cop in Park City. Come up here and take a punch at a cop.

Anybody 18 and over that hasn't graduated from high school and is not involved in some kind of productive trade or post high school education should be rounded up and put into hard labor jobs during the day and classes in a trade school program at night. They work for free during the day and if they do so the education at night is paid for. Guarantee this guy qualifies for the program as well as those who smirk reading about cops getting punched.

Sounds like a fine upstanding citizen of the community (sarcasm intended).

Thanks to the officers for their dedication to duty and for doing what they could to protect the innocent civilians involved.

Now, just sit back and watch some bleeding-heart liberal "mouthpiece" lawyer try to get the charges reduced due to the perp being "deprived" as a youth.

What would have been the charges against the resident of the house he tried to enter if the home owner had shot him for trying to invade a residence?

Wow the attitutudes of some of you are scary.... Thnking it is cool to punch a cop tells me your IQ level is in the cellar.

Yeah I agree... If a police officer tasers someone ... they are brutal... if a criminal punches a police officer they are cool.

I agree with Park City Cop.....

The Provo police gets an award for being that thin blue line that protects us from crazies. No, I have never wanted to hit a policeman. Sounds as if those who do have a personal relationship with their bail bondsman.

Thank you officers for your protection. Too bad we can't protect ourselves from jerks who have a computer but no social awareness at all.

If a guy can withstand pepper spray and a tazer he is beyond blitzed. You anti-police guys are idiots. There was no police brutality here. This Gardner jerk is trying to break into houses and cars, he should have been shot.

Hats off to the cops and hats off to Randy Kennard for supporting the police and our community.

Now you anti-police meat balls be sure to NOT call the police when you or your loved ones are attacked by a jack-ass junkie.
