If oly RMP would learn how to act from Questar...but maybe that is asking for too much.

Right, they raised us by $12 a few months ago now it sounds like we are getting $3.50 of that back. Sounds like a deal to me!

$3.50 back after a $12 increase may not seem that great but I for one will certainly accept it. Especially given the fact that they had requested ANOTHER increase which will now not happen.

Given how un-coorative the PSC (Public Service Commission) is lately (with Rocky Mountain Power) chances are, the gas company will only get part of the decrease they are seeking, (just joking).

splitme2 needs to learn how to read. The article said instead of an increase we will get a decrease, not after an increase of 12.

People need to consider going to electric. The cost of natural gas has gone up a lot more than electricity. There is more overhead cost with forced air(replacing a furnace ain't cheap). Electricity you can control each room in your house individually. And if you drop gas all together you will not have to pay 60 bucks a year just to be hooked up. Still gas may be cheaper, and if you get rid of natural gas altogether you would have to get an electric water heater. Maybe if your furnace goes out, consider it.

Who needs to learn to read, getthefacts? You do! In July 2008 there was an average $12.50/home increase, and another one was scheduled for Oct 1. Now the Oct 1 increase isn't happening, and instead there will be a small decrease in November. Splitme2 had it exactly right!
PS Good news for all of us who have natural gas vehicles! Price should drop a whopping 4 cents, from 86 cents/gallon, to about 82 cents/gallon. Happy days!
