...that when the discussion concerns jobs and wages in the same breath, they aren't the sort of jobs and wages that also include high turn-over because the people involved can't afford housing and the other costs of living in this area. If I had to pick Lincoln, NE over Provo only looking at costs of living, Lincoln is a better deal. So I hope people getting these jobs are local, established folk who are already here, and integrated and stable. Not some group of gold miners looking for the next Mother Lode, only to move on after the gold rush is over.

As an employee of Duncan Aviation for over 13 years I can tell you that this is not a company that you describe,("some group of gold miners looking for the next Mother Lode"). After landing a career, not just a job with Duncan during a transition period in my life, my career at this company has been nothing but what you describe as, "..... integrated and stable". They are in business for the long haul and is one that is genuinely interested in, and cares for their employees. I hope that you are pleasantly surprised as you get to know this company and its people that bring a culture of honesty and integrity to doing business in your community.
