This is a very positive case that every club owner, club member, and bartender should read.

Incidentally, the "private place" analysis is a blueprint for anyone wanting to challenge the smoking ban in private clubs.

Would you think it was just silly if it had been you loved one killed by the drunk driver?

Only the ignorant think this has anything to do with being in Utah. It has to do with saving lives.
